            Extra Days:

                      Wednesday and Thursday may be added on to rental time when the venue is  being rented for a weekend package.

       Clean up:

If you choose to clean the facilities yourself, all the necessary supplies will be provided, as well as a cleaning checklist. This is includes breaking down tables and chairs, cleaning the catering rooms, bridal suite, groom’s room, all restrooms, sweeping and mopping all floors, and taking out all trash bags in all parts of the facility that were used.

                       If clean up is not completed to the specifications of the checklist, a fee will be taken out of the damage deposit. If you choose to pay the  cleaning fee of $300 up front, all that is required is to break down the tables and chairs, bag the trash and leave it on the concrete slab located  outside the back door of the barn.



  Extra Chairs:

150 white chairs are available for rent in addition to the 150 that are included with any venue rental.

 6′ Round Tables:

There are 11 round tables available for rent in addition to the 19 that come included with any venue rental.

  6′ Rectangular Tables:

There are six 6′ rectangular tables available for rent. These are great for serving food!


  High-top Tables: 

There are 8 round high top tables available. Each one comes with 3 bar stools.
